 As a Londoner (or near enough) with a life long interest in railway history you will not be surprised to find that these pages are devoted to branch lines in London. My own interest is in London Underground and the lines built by the Great Eastern Railway and its predecessors.
A recent move now finds me in Buckinghamshire, so my interests have now broadened to encompass the London lines of the Metropolitan and the former Great Central Railway.
